With 27 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own colour scheme makes each stay a different experience. The hotel hosts a wide range of features and facilities including the glorious Garden Room Restaurant where the finest locally sourced food is served. From M25 Exit at junction 10 and head onto the A3 towards Guildford, continue on the A3 which merges into A3 (M). Exit at junction 5, at the roundabout take the second exit onto A2030. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the Havant Bypass (A27), exit onto the slip road. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Langstone Road (A3023), continue on A3023 taking the second exit onto Manor Road (A3023) Newtown House is located on this road.
